W hen Robinson began working for Mandalay Bay Casino prior to it's Grand Opening, it was as an in House Painter, amidst an all white male group of employees on the grave yard shift, (Considered a Cush Job, regardless of the shift) in the Las Vegas Work Force. Soon after, a Black Hispanic male employee, previously employed as a cook at Luxor,(a sister company to Mandalay Bay) was "juiced" in by an executive in a suit who knew and favored him. Subsequently he worked under Robinson after Robinson was hand selected for his promotion to executive status and was the first to lodge a complaint... "I will not work under his supervision he boisterously complained to other senior supervisors in the presence of other employees. I will work for you he contended ( to the white senior super) but I will not work for him..."  Whereupon the senior super admonished him against his outburst and his position. "...you will work under Robinson. He is your supervisor. That's just the way it is..."Later one of the White male employees who Robinson was asked to take under his wing, vented his own frustration to Robinson."... A Hawaiian  Male     parked forward in his parking space while I was parked in my truck, facing the other way, so that the drivers seats were next to one another while we were conversing remarked on  I'd Cry  a River  as he was reading it  from the internet on his phone. " The 1936 games in Berlin should have been a victory for the Master Race but the wheels of the Nazi propaganda almost came off after African American athlete Jesse Owens won four gold medals" Articles read- "inferior Athlete" captures four gold medals and Germans hearts.

Much was made of the fact that Adolf Hitler refused to shake Owens's hand after the successes but records show that the Nazi leader had agreed before the games to only shake the hands of the German Victors (but following his refusal to shake U.S.gold medal winner Cornelius Johnson's hand) and being reprimanded (told by the IDC that he must either shake everyone's hand or no one's) Hitler opted for the latter. Leaving the stadium after the first day and not returning for any of the subsequent ceremonies. Owens later recounted that Hitler had acknowledged him with a raised hand as he passed the Nazi leader on a lap of honor. The American was lauded as a hero of the games by the sell out crowd of over 110,000 and was extremely popular with ordinary Germans many of whom sought him out for autographs"...

But there is more to the story... and the treatment towards Owens at home was... Owens was quoted as saying how surprised he was that president Franklin D Roosevelt had not given him honors and he was not invited to the White House. A snub that deeply disturbed Owens.

According to -RACE- released in Cinemas in the UK. "Owens recieved no telegram of congratulations for his record breaking haul of medals. On his return there was no invitation to the White House to shake hands with the president. The honour was reserved for white Olympians. Owens even had to attend a non-presidential reception in his honour with his mother at the Waldorf Astoria using the goods lift.

According to one account "FDR segregated black and white servants at the White House at meal times to stop them from talking. A Black couple I ran into frequently during a period that I was working on some of my Literary work at the library.   I had just finished some work I was sending to print when I stood up and the husband who was seated next to his wife at a computer facing me said to me "out of the blue".  "Man you've got some mind. You've got a beautiful mind. I was just telling my wife..." "Yes it's true she said he was just mentioning it to me..." It caught me completely off guard as I wasn't sure how they had come to recognize.. or to know...days  later, I offered them a copy of my poem I'd Cry a river to which they responded with great enthusiasm. "We would appreciate a copy of any of your work..." Whenever I ran into them they would heap on the superlatives and accolades. Especially the husband.. Your mind is so.. I keep telling my wife..."  I ran into them again after I had given them a copy of my 16 page Excerpt from ONUG One Nation... She (the wife) was so excited. "You know we have friends in New York who... I took the liberty of sending them a copy of your excerpt to which our friend who is.. said  " The man who wrote this has  power. He possess great power.  A great deal of power... ​​​​​​Asubsequent lawsuit was filed against North Public Health Hospital  in Seattle Wa. for Discrimination, Race Discrimination & Retaliation  shortly after Robinson relocated there from Las Vegas.A unanimous 6 figure settlement offer was made almost immediately after Heads of the Medical Board met with Robinson & later with his counsel following an investigation. And on the advise of his counsel, Curman Sebree, Robinson accepted the offer. But the timely remedy was spoiled by a  Delay of Justice for an inordinate amount of time, while he suffered some of the most egregious offenses, when a system was unleashed for use  against him, which included  Secretly filming  his private life. ThenJustice  was denied on the court appointed day for him to receive restitution, when the offer was  ignominiously changed to an unprecedented insult of $500, dollars, infuriating Robinson. After the proceedings Robinson left the court room to wait for his counsel in his rented car while Segerblom remained in discussion in court. Later, when Segerblom met up with Robinson for the ride back to his firm, he said to him as he closed the car door behind him. "Well they must respect you a  great deal because they made you a seven figure offer. I've  never  seen  them do anything like it before, so they must have a great deal of respect for you. They're the most powerful firm in the ... They have a reputation for completely annihilating the other side. In all  the  years  I've  worked  with, them, I've  never seen them do anything like this.  So, they must respect you a lot. Will you take the seven figure  offer? .... But  less  than 24  hours  after Robinson returned to his home in Seattle for the weekend to consider the offer carefully, the unthinkable occurred...THAT  IS  WHEN  THE  REAL AMERICAN NIGHTMARE BEGAN  skipping …after over a decade of the most horrifying atrocious & inhumane  treatment... Robinson returned to Las Vegas towards the end of  September 2013  according to his bank statements after being restricted to within  the boundaries of  Seattle  Washington. Then after a slew of phone calls, In a phone conversation with Mandalay Bay'slead attorney (Ed Mulholland- Vice president & Deputy General Counsel-MGM)  Robinson is asked,  " Did  you  get  your  money?  Robinson, No, I haven't  received  money in any  amount  from  this  suit. Ed, "Then you need to  talk to your counsel.."  Then a letter was read to Robinson from  Richard Segerblom... "My client  has  advised  me to  resend the  seven figure  offer & to dismiss the  civil  suit..."  Robinson  responded  with.  "I  never authorized any such  letter.  No  sane person would have done so.  Ed  responded,  "I'm sorry for all that  has happened to you but you need  to talk with your counsel..."  After  weeks of several failed attempts to reach  Segerblom & after leaving  several detailed messages enquiring  about the restitution & explaining  the  horrors  he'd been put through, Robinson  was able to reach him. In a  phone conversation with Senator Richard Segerblom …Robinson asked  "...Did you get my messages? I left  countless detailed messages...on  your Voice Mail" The  Senator  responded with. Yes.  The Senator did not deny the letter but simply stated that he  didn't return any of his calls  because there wasn't  any point...Robinson responded with... they invaded me with a civil code.  I know you know  what  that  means.!…There is a pause of silence then Robinson continued. Richard, you were my attorney form the Civil Rights Suit & now  you're  a  U.S.  Senator. You are a U. S. Senator aren't you Richard? The Senator responded with  "Yes." … The call ended.  I immediately  thought of the canonized rights  referenced  in  one of  this Nation's  most  recognized inviolable agreements.  "...We  hold these truths to  be  self  evident  that  all  men  are  created  equal, that  they  are  endowed by  the Creator with certain  Unalienable  Rights. Come on over and have some beans and rice... everybody's waiting for you. Dionne Warwick and Lionel Richie are here also waiting to meet you...I was introduced to Clarence Avant's charming wife...Once all of the other guest were gone, Clarence, his wife, and two of the producers who would be working with me sat down to talk.   " ONE OF THE REASONS WE REALLY WANTED TO WORK WITH YOU AFTER STUDYING YOUR TAPES IS THE UNIQUENESS OF YOUR STYLE WE PICKED UP ON.  YOU'RE DOING THINGS WITH DOING THAT'S ONE OF THE THINGS THAT REALLY                                                                    ATTRACTED THE IDEA OF WORKING  WITH YOU. YOU'RE A REAL SINGER... WE WANT YOU TO BE A SINGER'S SINGER...WITH YOUR.."  When I arrived at Larrabee                                                                Sound Studios in West Hollywood  California, an audience was already awaiting me to see the much talked about newcomer in person and to hear me perform.                                                                  Included among them were celebritie of Soul Train, Don Cornelius, who stood facing me the entire time alongside a popular male artist at the time to listen & observe with the engineers from behind the glass window separating the isolation & engineering booths.  As unorthodox as it may sound, it was only after my performance that I received payment from the record company. ...maybe my being a maverick was the reasoning behind...that's when the Offense made their move to trip me up. That same weekend I was arrested on a falsified charge... after my release I.... When I returned to Tabu Records for a scheduled appointment, excitement was still resonating throughout the office over the recordings and...  But I was still musing on the moves being made against me designed to stop me... Deeply disturbed over my having been arrested and charged with a crime I didn't commit...I was incessantly distracted with the thought of who was behind it and how it would play out.. Clarence's ebullience and candor somehow     helped me to wrestle my thoughts free and find my feet again when he said to me. ''...You're a bad man.! You knocked up both bitches! Did you know that? You're a baad man! You knocked up both bitches on both sides! I don't know too many cats that can claim that...You're a baaaad man! Knocked up both bitches on both sides at the same time...! I finally got the male artist that I've been looking for. I've got the male artist I've been looking for all of this time! They all wanted you, but I've got you, and they all know it! You're the next sensation! The next Hollywood sensation! Did you know that? You're the next big thing...!    Before I signed the recording agreement with Tabu, I was carefully considering an offer that was made to me by Benjamin Wright Quincy Jones's right hand man for horn and string arrangements … work included Michael  Jackson ''Thriller'' and Earth Wind and Fire, Boogie Wonderland, Aretha Franklin along with an impressive roster of other well known... At the time Benjamin was about to launch his own label with the Majors and asked me just as we were about to begin working on some of my material in the studio. I had just written some new material and had given Ben several of my compositions I had recorded with other producers who also were interested in signing on with me. Ben asked me over a phone call ''... Jeffrey, I'm just about to launch my independent label with... and I thought about it carefully and would like to sign you on as the first artist.. the possibilities are...would you be interested in…I want you to be the first artist on the label. But before we made strides too far in any direction I got another call from Ben...  ''I was talking to Quincy Jones about you and about us working together when Q' said to me.  ''Jeffrey Robinson?  Man we've been looking for the longest time trying to find him... Clarence Avant has been looking everywhere for him. He offered him a deal some time back when he was working with Gene Dozier. Tell him to call Clarence right away. He wants to sign him...''   Later, down the line that is, after I had signed with Tabu, I rememberClarence saying to me in a private conversation over the phone...  '' I don't make a move in this business without consulting with Quincy first... When it comes to...I don't know shit about...that's why I rely on Quincy...'' Quincy Jones, needless to say, hardly needs an...Another producer who approached me around that time was Leon Sylvers.  Leon was cranking out what seemed to be one hit after another on one artist or another.  Gene Dozier was his horn & string arranger..  One morning  at a coffee shop in Hollywood. I was alone sitting at my table just about to order breakfast. I was looking down at the menu concentrating on what to order. Everything looked so appetizing & I was really hungry..when suddenly I heard a voice call out,  ''Jeffrey Robinson? ''  WhenI looked up, I was surprised to see Leon... ''Do you mind if I join you for a moment?"   ''Of course not.''  I said. Leon continued as he took a seat, ''I thought that was you. I'm really glad that I ran into you...  I've been hoping for the opportunity to talk with you to discuss the possibility of us working together. A decision which I was averse to, was made to move the recording to Minneapolis Minnesota,... but after the arraignment in Beverly Hills, I wasted no time gathering a few personal effects and a per diem allowance and boarded a flight to the Twin Cities...But it was there that (just as I suspected), it began spiraling, spiraling, down, down, down, rapidly... I had already expressed my concerns in Los Angeles to Clarence about the way they wanted to produce me. I was not comfortable with not having  any creative control. " It's completely against my system I said to him. It's the opposite of what I do & of what got me here..." I also expressed concerns about the shift to Minneapolis. " Who will be on my side? Who will be there for me?"  Still, it was difficult to believe that it had plunged to a level where... It was inconceivable.  I had never seen or heard of anything like it before. I told Clarence that if the problem couldn't be resolved, I would  have no choice but to leave. It was that bad...a matter of sensibility. Of the three producers, only one... and I... There was some jostling and Clarence tried a couple of different angles... attempting to make it work, but to no avail. The truth is that, it was never going to work because the pieces didn't fit.  So, the problem not only persisted, it worsened. It never would've occurred if I had the protection (crucial for continuous success).. it was not going to change without...It appeared as though the more they were exposed to me,...the more the(two) of them who I met in the initial meeting seemed to despise working with me, or just being around me. Now, that they had seen the living breathing person who's vocal abilities they had already evaluated. Eventually, they came out with it.  ''We don't think you deserve the deal... you're just a pretty boy...you're not married... We can find a pretty boy on any corner. We know someone who is married and has children that deserves it more than you...Everyone else here is married with children. You're the only one who  doesn't have.. . '' Clarence said to me over a phone call, ''Make them like you...Why can't you just make them like you?'' I tried to convey to Clarence as clearly as I could. (They're not for me...!)  At one point, Clarence said to me. "Just hold off on everything else that you're working on now and think of a cover song that you like.  Just do a cover song so that we can get something completed on you in the can.  I just want to be able to get something on you in rotation while you finish up the LP. I just want to be able to say that I have something on Jeffrey Robinson  on the air and in rotation."  But to accomplish that meant that I needed … And the situation had digressed so far so fast after the move to Minnesota that it wasn't plausible. It was unprofessional. It was all wrong. Often, in the early morning hours, alone in my hotel room, for prolonged periods, I would just sit in consternation, or pace the floor back and forth, unable to find appeasement…Meanwhile, as the veneer of formalities and friendliness dissipated, their demeanor was becoming more pugnacious and the verbiage more unpalatable everyday…to put it bluntly. The situation couldn't  have been more f....d up, dismal! The creative flow gradually gave way to the ugliness around it when it became decidedly clear that it was designed to bruise more than the epidermis itself. It was postured to "pierce the bone and marrow." Even the soul... and, when it overtly became a matter of self respect, I couldn't stomach it anymore and I was unwilling to compromise... I was in a quandary. Then, the poisoned pattern evinced it's design at the helm, when Clarence said something to me so foul over the phone that I hung up on him. I couldn't believe they got to him...! Disconsolate, I began to wonder about the levels of control...I gave it room then I put in a call to Larkin Arnold, at Epic Records. Senior vice president of CBS/Sony music...Larkin, this is Jeffrey Robinson... I'm caught up in a situation I don't think is going to change...I'm calling to see if you would be interested in buying out my contract... Larkin responded, ''Yes we're aware of the problems you've been having over there and yes we would very much be interested in buying out your contract to make the switch. We would love to have you on the Epic label...'' Then an appointment was set for a meeting at Epic Records Headquarters in Century City California...  I alerted Clarence about my making the switch because they were going to have to speak to him eventually so, it couldn't exactly be regarded as secret.   Clarence, surprised said..."Don't lie to me.  I know Larkin.  He is a personal friend of mine. One phone call is all I need to make to find out everything..."  I remained in Minneapolis for another week or so then headed back to Los Angeles  California to make my appointment. But by the time I arrived at CBS/Sony music headquarters for the meeting at Epic, a few changes had already taken place and there was a new appointee (Wayne Edwards) sitting in the A&R seat. Larkin Arnold didn't attend the meeting.  It went something like this.   Wayne began "... so let me explain to you how the situation works... all of these labels are under the same umbrella. We are all part of the CBS family. The politics dictates the situation this way.  We wanted to bring you over onto the Epic label  but someone in the CBS family is strongly opposed to it. Since we all belong to the same family that means that we would be attending the same award ceremonies and related functions etc....  and if making the deal means that we would have to step on someone else's toes, then we can't make the switch, because attending any of the same functions and ceremonies would become far too uncomfortable for all  of the parties concerned …."  Before the meeting ended I was asked if they could use my material because they were confident it was strong enough to produce a big hit for another/other artists  (one well known male artist in particular was a frontrunner for wanting to perform one of my compositions..., (That's what love will do ).It wasn't the first time there had been vying for my material.I was offered a six figure settlement for duplicating one of my compositions Kickin Back  which had been performed by a popular group without my permission and became a Mega hit. Negotiations to settle started after I authorized my entertainment attorney in Beverly Hills to initiate legal action.  Whereupon, all assets were frozen and a Musicologist report  proving the infringement forced negotiations to settle to the table. The first offer I received to settle was in the amount of 1oo K...  Then I was alerted again with a phone call from A&R coordinator Tina Stephens... at... Jeffrey she said,..we were invited to a listening party at Motown to hear…for...debut solo LP  when I recognized one of your songs, (Running after love)… they're going into full production on your composition apparently without your permission for... After contacting Motown, I was invited to attend a meeting at Motown's headquarters on Sunset & Vine in Hollywood California with A&R person Sky Traughber. They were just laying down the horns and strings when I arrived....Sky, attempted to assure me. "We were going to contact you. We were never..." Then an offer was made..                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             More duplicates & copyright infringes began to emerge regularly... After my meeting at Epic Records several different attempts to realign me with the right situation for the Majors were made before I was forced to face what I was up against...I was consistently being blocked. One of the persons I arranged a meeting with was someone I had great admiration and respect for (notable conductor, composer, arranger, and record producer Gene Page.) One of the most sought after... In a meeting at the original Motown Studio in Hollywood (Hitsville USA ) after Motown's move from Detroit Michigan to L.A.  After listening to 6 of my recordings Gene picked up the phone without saying a word and placed a phone call to... " I am sitting here in my office with a young man (Jeffrey Robinson) who has one of the most beautiful voices I've ever heard... he was over at Tabu records but he experienced some problems... we have to do something with him right away.... then after the call ended he  said... That was a millionaire friend of mine who... Gene continued, "  Another friend of mine, Michael Masser who is a fantastic writer/producer just invited me to a listening party the other day to hear some of his new material... As I sit here listening to you sing, one of his songs he played for me comes to mind. It is tailor made for your voice. Then he named the song... We have to get you and Michael together as soon as possible...  Gene Page was listening to 3 of the songs that I recorded in Minneapolis and at Larrabee sound in Hollywood along with 3 other songs written and performed by me at various studios in Hollywood. But in the studio in Minneapolis I was told by the same 2 producers  who were badgering me in front of everyone present, (which included women). "You can't even sing. You aint got it. You're just a look. A pretty boy.  That doesn't mean anything.  You can't sing and you're a nobody. Why should we be wasting our time with you. Who is Jeffrey Robinson You're nobody. We could be working with a known artist instead of wasting our time with you."  Another scenario in front of everyone in the studio occurred when I asked for the lights to be turned down not off or near off. But just enough for ambiance. To set the mood for the ballad I was performing.   My request was denied. I took the time to explain  how what I do in the studio carries over on film and tape for the viewers and listeners and for reasons to do with my level of sensitivity and commitment to my artistry, I needed...and how performing for me, is very intimate... It was a simple request but the response was "... you're a singer aren't you? If you're a real sanger then you should be able to stand upside down on your head with you're thumb up your ass with the lights turned all the way up and sing. So fuck the dumb shit, just sing the song."  That pretty much explains the tone and the turn it had taken except it was progressively worse. In each instance you could hear a pin drop.  No one spoke a word.  Most of the time I was vexed instead of relaxed. The atmosphere was one of instigating me more than producing...when I learned about an ulterior motive... A little later on after meeting with Gene Page  I contacted American television, music and film producer Suzanne de Passe.    "...so get me a copy of your work and be sure to include a picture she said. I have 17 hours or more of flight time for nothing other than Jeffrey Robinson to be in my ear. So, be sure to get all of the material to me before I leave for overseas..."    "How are you able to get Suzanne de Passe to be on the phone with you back & forth?  Dozier asked me. Suzanne is one of the most guarded women in the industry. It's not that easy to get through to her. Let alone getting her to reply.  It's difficult for me to get her to respond and I'm all over this system..." In a subsequent phone call with Suzanne de Passe she asked me just before the call ended. "So who were you dealing with directly over there with your recording deal again...?"   Clarence Avante….I said. " That's funny she said. I'm having dinner with Clarence later in the week before my flight overseas..."   "...so  all of these things did occur. I was able to enter practically any door of my choosing and usually find agreement with the heads who understood supply and demand and who had the ability to see short and long term...But the situation had somehow changed.  The soil was not the same. … Regardless of the zeal which was so openly expressed from other parties who wanted to work with me, the outcome meant I had to accept that I was being Black Balled...  There is no other logical conclusion. But the question most frequently asked is by who or whom and how deep does it run? … but once... intervened it was never going to be the same. The battle was shifted to a different level. That's when I formally founded  PUPCAN Productions  " The subsequent attempts to duplicate and steal from me became... to duplicate me rather than...And as far as it being well received by a select group for me coming back strong and Independent. Well, think about it..."If you are unaware of how the infrastructure is designed and crafted in this nation and the true nature of theBeast, you're about to find out.  Notation; The producers who were "producing" me at the time in Minneapolis belonged to a group who duplicated one of my compositions, "When I'm Gone." The song became one of their signature songs played at every one of their concerts.  It has also been called the catalyst to their multi millions of sells that followed. (selling 586,000 copies in the first week). It also has the bass line that... I confronted them about the song in the studio in Minneapolis while recording. When I first heard it on the radio I was infuriated and quickly called Gene Dozier on the phone. (the arranger I recorded "When I'm gone"  with atParis recording Studio  in Hollywood Calif. long before the song or bass line was riding the airwaves...I wrote "When I'm Gone"  long before...)  "...yeah,  Dozier said. I let em in the studio to hear what we were doing...I know, but you and me can come up with 100 more..."  Notation: One of the songs that Robinson reviewed with and was about to record with Grammy award winning producer..was "Bring me down" A song recognized since it's inception for being deeply moving both spiritually and emotionally. I have been traveling for much of the past three weeks and I’m terribly behind. I typically try to get back to people the same day that they reach out to me. This matter does not sound like something that my firm would likely handle - we would not handle any type of civil suit against the police department, and we typically focus on business and commercial matters. Typically if police seize property - whether right or wrong -it is related to some type of criminal investigation and they have great discretion in retaining the property, particularly if the investigation is ongoing. It is possible to have a hearing and attempt to have them returned – I recommend that you consult an attorney specializing in criminal law who would be in a better position to give you advice and possibly negotiate with prosecutors for the release of the seized items. Thank you for responding when you could. There are a couple of things I feel I need to clarify so that I'm not being affixed to the wrong energy.  I imagine at some point, Mr. Einstein was familiar with my position only too well. At this stage I'm not interested in the slightest with trying to enlist Legal council to drop bombs on the Henderson police department in an attempt to completely obliterate them or in a caustic attack against government officials.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    The job description for the Henderson police or any other police department for that matter, in this country above all else is to serve it's citizens by protecting and serving them in a manner which helps to secure their rights and to render "...justice for all" according to...                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Securing our human rights or inalienable rights is the well defined purpose for which our government was instituted. Any related systems of government and their "sworn in officers" are charged accordingly with carrying out that task. In consideration of the weakness and greed of Man, each of these branches of government have built within them a system of checks and balances or internal affairs (IA).                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    {It has long since been ascertained that systems constructed by men are flawed because men themselves are characteristically flawed}  The idea therefore, is to maintain a system which continually realigns itself according to the highest standards which have already been agreed upon and recognized in the U.S Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States of America .  Careful regulation helps these systems to come back to the middle and thereby helps to create "...a More Perfect Union." I am not under any legal criminal investigation that I am aware of  and have done nothing to warrant one "(notwithstanding anything to the contrary which includes rumors, lies insinuations and sly innuendos , insatiable curiosity or being vehemently opposed to my succeeding independently)" I have carefully inquired.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     When I sought to have clarification directly in the Henderson police station.. I was being detained (the result of a "sting operation")... after filing a formal complaint of Harrassment with IA months prior...and being  subtly prompted to resign to finding no resolve.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    The only response I was met with by the toffeenosed  chief officer responding in the presence of witnesses was "So Sue Me."                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Seeking legal remedy is not only within the framework of the law but it is the way citizens of this country have been directed to find justice. It is for mending and healing purposes from having been warred upon or treated unfairly from breach of agreement.    It is not to be regarded lightly. [If allowed... The system will plunge].                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Very sensitive information which included some of my Music Compositions, literary work, as well as ONUG, the book One Nation...which I am authoring and which has been advertised for release are among those items which have been seized in April of 2019. It is responsible in large part for a tremendous setback and other transgressions and negative rippling affects including obstructing  website sales.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          But I won't continue extensively because I don't want to be accused of belaboring the obvious and since you are not acting as my legal council on this matter. I just wanted to point out that I am not seeking justice through "an escalation of violence".                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 This places us on the same side licitly  and  would be decent on paper but for the hearts of men...                                                                                                             I am simply taking the route designated by the Justice Department according to...in an attempt to find legal remedy by peaceful persuasions and measures. or "necessary force". I would hate to think that what is being suggested in this "Great Land", is to seek an alternate route first.                                                                      The route which has been designated is for progress and development and promotes peace while the latter is summoning a contrary spirit.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             And judging from what seems to be an entire infrastructure of objectivity brought to bear on the winning outcome of my pursuit by one or more devotees converting the judicial proceedings, to Lay hold of  the "Wheels of Justice,"  which has created  an even more tribulative trial for me in the aftermath of my Victory by obstructing the remedy for every right with-held .                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            In closing, I can't help but to feel that if this country were a classroom for Human Rights that I'm a full fledged man in the midst of rebellious preschoolers. During the proceedings which led to Robinson's victories with both Discrimination suits...(Robinson was informed by both sides of their highest regard for him.

(One source in WA. (a star witness) responded to Robinson during a meeting when he expressed surprise over how swiftly a call of surrender with a settlement offer was made to him...

"...Of course they want to pay you as quickly as possible. she....

This time they got caught with their hand in the cookie jar.

This time it turned out to be someone who can beat them

So they have no choice but to pay you..

Over the years, I've witnessed all kinds of situations transpire here but I've never seen them take anyone as serious or a greater showing of respect for anyone."...

...Curman Sebree, (black female) his legal councel in Seattle Washington stated "I feel good about the settlement not only because I work with all of the players involved but also because I know each of them personally.

It was unanimous. They all agreed to the offer without delaying and want you to receive it expeditiously.. "

... Richard Tick Segerblom, his legal counsel in Nevada told him..."In all of the years I've worked with them I've never seen them do anything like this before. I've never seen them make such a lucrative offer to anyone. They're the most powerful firm in the...They usually totally annihilate the other side..just wipe them all out. Get rid of them completely. So, they must respect you a lot. They must respect you a great deal to make you a seven figure offer... Will you accept...?... "

But before Robinson could complete negotiations to receive legal remedy /restitution, something intervened...(in order to hollow out his Victories, the purse was emptied)...

Then the worse thing imaginable happened..when Robinson, a former student..enrolled at Morehouse College and attending Spellman University, Morris Brown, Atlanta University and Clark College simutaneously, was snubbed by the "Civil Rights System" from top to bottom (refusing to acknowledge him or return even one phone call...creating a kind of "political portcullis")

A maneuver that would pave the way for some of the most atrocious cruelties in modern day...

when a decision was made to pack it in and for...to be offered up as a sacrificial lamb...as public adornment for "the social totem pole" to help reinforce the girders for a permanent class distinction...and dispel even the very idea of "rising up" anymore.

The American Judicial system was flipped and used to bring about the opposite effect of it's well defined purpose..mirrored in the American Preamble, the Constitution of the United States of America, the Declaration of Independence, the Gettysburg Address and the Emancipation Proclamation. All of which are among America's most Universally recognized Canons (spurning him completely "without merit").. redefining the "American Civil Rights Movement" with a single act that would spawn an immeasurable amount of enigmatic.. rippling effects which included undermining any real or "perceived progress" ..

It involved large "sums of money" to neatly skin and eviscerate the "Civil Rights System" and to set up a "Dummy System" for purposes having to do with appeasement and control... and laughingly turn the "ACRM" back to page one... ."bereft of hope."...

Not long after the plan to "delay justice" had been implemented which included to "put Robinson in a pigeonhole." The climate in Seattle around him gradually began to cool...but eventually he began to be tipped off..by (white females) .about what was going on around him and behind his back.."You know we're not suppose to say anything to you... In fact, I'm not suppose to say to you what I'm saying now..but you have a right to know... We are all being told not to say anything to you. Not to work with you and not to help you...

They said they're going to teach you a lesson..!"

However, as evidenced here, they were futile in their attempt to underhandedly gain sovereign power, by bringing about "complete unanimity" by way of transgressing Human Rights..."

Principally, Sir Jeffrey Robinson's in this situation!

Subsequent attempts ultimately only proved to be increasingly unprofitable...!

While subsequent acts of connecting with Robinson through...performed..and kindness...and information continued...including money through...

A key witness ( black female) to Robinson. "...I've wrestled with it for so long. Over why each time I gave up my position of employment here I would inevitably return to it each time. The pay was good so I reasoned that it was okay because the position was available each time...I needed the money... So it must have been meant to be. Then eventually I would leave again because

I couldn't find the right balance or peace in my decision knowing the evils that take place here. I prayed about it constantly but I just couldn't get resolved...It was a .moral dilemma for me until now that is.

Now I know why I kept returning...it was for me to be here when you came through.. They finally came up against someone who is capable enough to beat them who is...

Now I know that God wanted me to be here for you. To witness for you. Though no one could see it coming. I was supposed to be here to witness for you in your civil rights suit..."

Apparently not everyone was willing to cast in their lot with a genus whose persuasion is the annihilation of Human Rights!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         GENUS;  a biological classification ranking between family and species... a class or group or taxonomic group, marked by common characteristics, a category  used in ranking classification that is below family and above species.  relating  to a single  or an isolated species exhibiting unusual differentiation... After Robinson accepted the six figure offer on the table to settle in Seattle on his counsel's advice, Curman Sebree,

a monkey wrench was thrown into the plan for "timely remedy" when Justice was Delayed...and a menacing dark cloud formation loomed over the proceedings in the days...weeks...months... that followed..

During which time Robinson's business and finances were ferociously attacked..

Then a fall from grace occurred after a nod was given to invade his personnel and private life (by secret filming for disclosure of information which would be prejudicial) A flagrant violation of contractual obligation...

(A VIOLATION OF CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION)

.It wasn't until he arrived in downtown Seattle with Sebree about to enter the building to meet the designated time for the transgressors to make good on their long outstanding debt, that Sebree informed Robinson that the situation had changed..

."I think you should know before we enter that the situation has changed...It's not the same. All of the players have changed and the lead rep for North Public Health Hospital is an attorney that I went up against a while back..

.I embarrassed him politically when I beat him in court and...that...him..." Stunned, Robinson questioned why the matter hadn't been brought to his attention sooner. Before standing at the court house door, about to open it and enter? And what exactly did it mean in terms of...? Curman responded with. "It should be okay"

But once inside.. seated at the conference table again...Robinson quickly found out just how much the situation had changed..how dark it had become...

once he and his legal councel were redirected from a larger assembly to a smaller room for an isolated meeting with North Public Health's lead rep. ...

..where the settlement offer was switched to...$500.00 (five hundred dollars from the agreed upon six figure offer almost totalling...

Robinson was infuriated but remained poised... He spoke assertively as he rose to his feet... "You're not serious? Who told you that you could say that to me? What has possessed you for you to think that you could say that to me..? Did someone tell you to say that"? He threatened to leave...

"If you said something that ridiculous to me on the phone I would have hung up on you immediately while you were speaking and arranged to go directly to trial. I would have never wasted my time coming downtown ...

You can't possibly be serious.. I've never been more insulted in all of my life... I'm not here to be deposed or to negotiate. This date was appointed for the legal remedy that has already been agreed upon. I'm here for the..." But North Public Health's lead rep beckoned him repeatedly to at least hear him out... Robinson ...then reluctantly took a seat...the rep began to...after a short while into his presentation he said to him...

.."You are never going to get that money! You're never going to get it!...I'm just trying to be a friend to you by letting you know.... You are never going to get that money!" Nobody ever gets that money!

A chart was mounted on a tripod just to the left of where the rep was seated displaying figures ..from $500- $25,000 The rep continued..by making the same outrageous remark about the weak figures on topic as he did about the (six figure settlement offer)"The $25,000 figure is only there for the sake of illustrations on the chart. We're not going anywhere near that. The $500 marker is what we're here to discuss. No one has ever gone anywhere near that and no one ever will..."

AS IF TO SAY, VICTORY OR NO VICTORY I'D RATHER AWARD THE PURSE TO THE DEVIL HIMSELF THAN TO WITNESS YOU WALK AWAY WITH A VICTORY THAT'S FULL!

There is only one reason Robinson made the decision to stay... he was'nt particularly fond of what had gone down. He had been treated far worse than just unfairly. They had done something to him so foul that it would penetrate into the pages of history...and necessitate an unparralleled...

For his being unvanquished they were assailing him by "systemically emasculating him"...in the face of the courts, the community, the nation and ultimately of God.

He gave pause...search deep within. Then with his gaze fixed directly on the path set before him, he quietly determined that without clamour or forewarning, he would answer them accordingly...

Robinson recalled their close proximity and the absurdity of the entire situation...how he spoke with an undiviating decidedness devoid of reality... as if...sitting in a seat of Omnipotence, unable to be challenged. Completely indifferent to the egregious offences that had been committed.

"The reason we were all assembled there in the court room after all...they had been caught "red handed."

All of the evidence was on one side...The settlement offer was already made...I was there to receive payment..

But somehow the dignity, the decency, and the integrity... necessary for the process of rendering

Justice had succumbed to the effects of disruptive forces of lesser concerns... under the direction of a darkened jealous mind!

By nafarious scheming, the proceedings were transformed into a Kangaroo Court...

..when we were directed away from the larger conference room with several parties from North Public Health assembled around a very large conference table where we....upon our arrival..

to a smaller room down a corridor for an isolated meeting with the lead rep. for North Public Health, Curman Sebree and myself..

.where evidence of the careful planning to adulterate the proceedings began to unfold in plain view... 

[ KANGAROO COURTS are sham legal proceedings which are set up in order to give the impression of a fair legal process. In fact they offer no impartialJustice as the verdict, invariably, to the detriment of the accused is decided in advance.

Kangaroo Courts or (mustang courts) - are often referr.. as a court presided over by a wild beast.]

- THE ATMOSPHERE WAS RIFE WITH MALFEASANCE BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION -

The.deliberations lasted all day with only one break for lunch and one break before the final round of deliberations. When it was over... all of the parties from the larger room where we were first assembled filed into the smaller room (where the debate to render Justice that is Just had just concluded, at least for that time frame. On that level of "discretion") Confirming my suspicions that we were being viewed the entire time. Then one by one they all approached me 1..2..3..4..5..6..7..8... Each one extended his or her hand and offered their heartfelt apology. "We're so sorry. We did'nt know" "I'm so sorry. We did'nt understand who you were at the time "

(In other words. They had'nt spent enough quality time with him to let their first hand experience and information supercede and override ..second hand information. (Was their contention) "Please accept my apology. We did'nt know" "We just did'nt know"..

At the earliest opportunity I sought out legal advice from other attorney's I knew... (2 white females)

"I'M SO SORRY, THAT SHOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED TO YOU!"

THAT WAS NEVER SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN TO YOU! THAT MAKES US LOOK BAD!

THAT SHOULD NEVER, EVER HAVE HAPPENED TO YOU!

ASIDE FROM THAT, IT MAKES IT BAD FOR THE REST OF US!...IT JUST MAKES IT BAD FOR ALL OF US!

You should go to the State BAR concerning this. It's unethical and unlawful...!"

MANDALAY BAY CASINO v Sir Jeffrey Robinson

Curman Sebree, surprisingly made a decision to bail out of the Las Vegas Suit immediately after receiving full payment for services rendered for the North Public Health Suit as a consequence of which Richard Tick Segerblom became the legal representative on recommendation of a source close to Robinson.

During the interim however, Robinson was left without legal representation. And Mandalay Bay took every advantage of it as they bombarded him with impunity with what Robinson labeled as threats and unlawful demands...flaunting (a propensity to lie without ceasing)..attempting to undo both him and what he had done by bullying him. .

Impunity means; "Exemption from punishment or loss or escape from fines" In the international law of Human Rights it refers to the failure to bring perpetrators of human rights violations to justice, and as such, itself constitutes a denial of the victims right to justice and redress."

In the United States The right to petition is enumerated in the. First Amendment to the United States Constitution, which specifically prohibits Congress from abridging " The right of the people to assemble and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances"

Although often overlooked in favour of more famous freedoms, and sometimes taken for granted,..

many other civil liberties are enforceable against the Government only by exercising this basic right"

NONFEASANCE: FAILURE TO ACT THAT RESULTS.IN INJURY.

Robinson testified in court..." ...You're either for me or against me. There is no neutrality. There will be no straddling the fence. Not this time. If you're not part of the solution then you're part of the problem...

Then after being asked. Who would you say is responsible or accountable? Robinson extrapolated...for all Segerblom's nudging...

At this juncture, after repeated attempts to find remedy and having been denied, it's a lot easier to ascertain...A very important lesson that I've learned in the course of my business dealings is...And not for reasons that are "just because." But because...And because...

IT SPEAKS TO ACCOUNTABILITY IN THE WORKPLACE...

Eventually...will be...A fish, he went on to say, stinks from the head all the way down to the tail..."

"A FISH, HE WENT ON TO SAY, STINKS. FROM THE HEAD ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE TAIL."

..Robinson recieved a letter drafted by Mandalay Bay reps attempting to flip the charges outlined in the original Discrimination Law suit filed by (his councel) Nancy Killeen (white female) on Robinson's behalf for damages which included Stress, Distress, Emotional Distress, Back Pay, Legal fees including all other hidden incurred cost as a result of the Wrongful Termination and Retaliation, Discrimination, Race Discrimination ...as connected t... working salary...

[ALL CHARGES WERE TO CONTINUE UNTIL THE CASE WAS SETTLED]

Mandalay Bay rep's attempt at duplicating the law suit by countersuing, called Robinson responsible for all legal fees. Further stating how Robinson could not leave or terminate the suit at any time with fees already exceeding $100.000  (One hundred thousand dollars)  and running..which included other possible charges against him such as filing a frivolous lawsuit ..punishable by fines and possible impriso...

.However, Robinson continued to pursue. Doing his own legal shuffling...

He had already been successful with winning the EEOC'S ruling from their investigation...(EEOC ruled MANDALAY BAY'S HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT'S and NERC'S FINDING'S UNFAIR AND PARTIAL) Calling an INFORMAL HEARING. ROBINSON WON the INFORMAL HEARING HANDS DOWN..and was GRANTED THE RIGHT TO SUE as well as RECEIVE BENIFITS!

INFORMAL HEARING when there is no dispute regarding the material facts of the violation, the hearing is deemed informal. Essentially, the defendant agrees with the facts and conclusions presented by the agency board when reviewing their violation or charges. They also relinquish their right to further dispute the charges...

INFORMAL HEARING NO LAWYER IS PRESENT-

INFORMAL HEARING IS GOVERNED BY CONSTITUTIONAL GUIDELINES OF DUE PROCESS

INFORMAL HEARING- is to decide the penalty for the violation. The defendant uses an informal hearing to introduce mitigating facts that might influence a lighter punishment or even to avoid disciplinary sanctions of their license.

ROBINSON FURNISHED EEOC WITH FACTS AND INFORMATION FROM HIS OWN INVESTIGATION BEFORE AND DURING THEIR INVESTIGATION AND BEFORE THE INFORMAL HEARING... WHICH HELPED TO SOLIDIFY HIS CLAIM AND OVERTURN ANY DISPUTES BY MANDALAY BAY

MANDALAY BAY STILL CHALLANGED ROBINSON AT THE INFORMAL HEARING BUT TO NO AVAIL

Once Segerblom was retained, he endorsed Robinson's position of resisting and helped to allay any of his concerns, assuring him that Mandalay Bay's reps were merely exploiting the opportunity of him not having legal representation by trying to rattle him with demands that are fully Unlawfull and Unconstitutional...

"Now that they know you have representation they won't bother you with any of those kinds of matters anymore..." Segerblom stated, and encouraged Robinson to completely disregard the letter...as the charges were only fabricated...

...the impuissant Mandalay Bay reps withdrew their countersuit... and Robinson went on to win!

During the period immediately following Robinson's first appearance in Federal Court in Las Vegas Nevada for the Mandalay Bay discrimination law suit, after returning to his home in Seattle. He contacted Segerblom over concerns that he was being watched...and that copies of his deposition were being disseminated ( which contained personal and private iinformation including his Social Security number...licenses...other carefully guarded information which he had raised objections to answering questions concerning in court...) He began to sense a coolness towards him that was'nt there before...

Segerblom responded "From a legal standpoint, they're not supposed to do that. It's unlawful. However, that is a common practice of theirs and if they feel they can get away with they will do it. Distributing copies of personal information to local residents and vendors who you do business with in order to prejudice them against you is something they've been known to do. So if that's what you're sensing is going on. It probably is...It's a common practice they engage..."

Robinson's first appearance in the Federal court in Las Vegas with Segerblom proved ...interesting to say the least. ... the formal setting.. a large finished wooden table with several representatives seated around it...the court stenographer was positioned peripherally or just beyond the seating arrangement of the others assembled there... Once ...seated...the...

Robinson entered the court much the same as he did the proceedings.in Seattle. Always living up to his reputation. Straight backed and square shouldered standing fully erect and donning a dark raw silk Italian suit, dark designer printed tie (understated). A white silk breast pocketed handkerchief. A stylish crisp white cotton shirt. Imported silver wrist worn timepiece. Black leather loafers. Black silk (men's) stockings. Black leather belt. Clean shaven. His hair cut close..

Robinson's reputation was one of being impeccable... His skin completely unmarked...

His demeanor throughout the proceedings was of a sedate and dignified carriage and conduct and in no way was discomposed by his winsome smile...

MOST IMPORTANTLY, HE WAS RIGHT AND FULLY ARMED WITH THE TRUTH!

There was a brief period of interruption immediately after entering the court where superlatives and accolades...were being directed at Robinson... "Wow, that is a sharp looking suit". "Yeah, that is some suit". Are you sure you're..." "Wow" " I've never seen a ... look like you before" Then Segerblom commented. "I know, If I had known you were going to show up like that, I would've worn my best suit instead of...He sure does'nt look like any... that I've seen..." .Then once the...subsided, the lead rep redesigned his posture to more austere, as he.. Then once he... finished with the formalities...and while everyone's eyes remained focused on Robinson, searching him intently.. The lead rep for Mandalay Bay asked Segerblom. "So does your client know? Has anyone told him?" To which Segerblom responded.. ."No, I have'nt said anything" Mandalay Bay Rep asked again ..

."So no one has said anything to him? No one has helped him in any way or said anything that might assist him?" Segerblom responded I have'nt said anything to him or helped him in any way. My client and I have spoken over the phone but have never met formally until this morning at my office after he arrived here in Las Vegas from Seattle. He handed me the paper work from his...for the civil suit. which I took about 30 or 45 minutes to review in my office then we drove directly here in his rental car but I said nothing to him...anything to help him."
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Robinson recalled how surreal that moment felt...                                                                                                                                                 

"In some peculiar way it caused me to consider how a film work reflecting life let's say, on a slave plantation might produce a scene depicting a group of white slave owners having a meeting in the "Big House" concerning the plan they just "got wind "of" about a slave rebellion and their plan to escape to freedom in the Hope of having a "more fruitful life"...

The plantation owners are there to decide on

the best course of action to take in light of this sudden dreadful, depressing and alarming news!...

After taking a vote they decide on a designated time to sneak into the slaves sleeping quarters, while theyre sleeping and cut their throats in order to teach them a lesson...This of course is all taking place while the "invisible" innocuous "house nigger" is working the room in a bow tie white ruffled shirt, vest, black slacks and patent leather shoes with a silver tray serving a variety of spirits, finger foods and cookies...

Even though in many ways it does'nt line up...and that undoubtedly the character's role on film and my role in life.are in no wise the same.

There is a strong correllation between the scene or scenario depicted on film in (legal drama) and the stage that has been set in the civil rights court...Where rendering Justice that is Just for egregious transgressions of human rights unfolds in a court room battle. By design, it is a room where moral and non moral dilemmas and the fallacy of false dilemma and false moral dilemma is a pressing concern...

There was something peculiarly dispiriting about the line of questioning from the opening statements which ultimately needled a common thread through the entire course of the proceedings.

I remember thinking to myself.

Did they forget that I'm sitting here? I have'nt left the room. Is there something they want to say to me.or find out. Such as. "Does your client know that he really does'nt need to be here? That he already won? That we bet the whole house and he won the whole thing?"...

There was something uncanny about the directive.

But there has been something disquieting about the bent "representation" of Due Process felt in the arteries of God's own among this nation's citizenry and in the walls and corridors of the American System ofJustice from the opening bell and as such, in a noxiously baneful way, it affects the current chimes.

Though one cannot but contemplate the Justice once denied...There's comfort in God's promise on which we can rely. That...For it is the nature of the truth and spirit of the truth to rise...somewhere between the "supplicating walls" and "The Demands of Justice"..."

Robinson's return to Las Vegas for a second round of grueling questions was...

He raised objections more than once only to have Mandalay Bay reps label him a "hostile witness" But Robinson affirmed his position.. His disturbance over the proceedings being peppered with a series of "intrusive questions" he did'nt feel were germane to the civil rights suit attributed to his quandary. However he...after Mandalay Bay's lead rep directed him to his legal council to discuss...

Near the end of the proceedings, Segerblom turned to Robinson and openly stated (within earshot of all others assembled...) "They never saw you coming! You have everything you need to win. You have a successful business so, they can't say anything there... You really surprised them. They never saw it coming! "...

A momentary silence ensued..as if unanimity had been achieved all at once...I looked directly into the...was returned with an "empty stare" Moments later after discussions resumed, the court adjourned for ... Segerblom remained in court for discussion while I waited outside of the court house a fair distance away in my rented car..

Later, when Segerblom met up with Robinson for the ride back to his firm, he said to him as he closed the car door behind him.

"Well they must respect you a great deal because they made you a seven figure offer. I've never seen them do it before. So they must have a great deal of respect for you.

They're the most powerful firm in the...They have a reputation for completely annihilating the other side.I mean just wipe them out. ..

In all of the years I've worked with them,

I've never seen them do anything like this. So, they must respect you a lot.

Robinson decided to take the weekend to think the offer through carefully and resort to his think tank in light of what had already taken place with the Seattle suit ..following a unanimous agreement, when he accepted the offer with little hesitation on the advice of his councel who he regarded highly at the time... Separate from that were other concerns to embrace...

He told Segerblom he would contact him...

But when Robinson returned to his home in Seattle just less than 24 hours after the Vegas offer, something intervened before he could confer...and resume negotiating...

His inalienable rights were undermined to the foundation level when he was assaulted while he was asleep after being drugged somehow ... unable to arouse...He awoke to find that his body had been shaved and...was administered..

His concerns were raised by "this display of contemptible cowardice" over an attempt to duplicate him and to covertly control him...and steal his...

THAT IS WHEN THE REAL AMERICAN NIGHTMARE BEGAN!.

Before departing Las Vegas on his flight back to Seattle, Robinson told Segerblom he would contact him at the top of the coming week..He checked out of his room at the Flamingo Hotel...and returned his rental car...Once in Seattle... and completely exhausted, he decided to get to bed as soon as possible to rest and rejuvenate...

"I just need 3 days of...in order to...If I don't, I feel like I... he said to his girlfriend... at the time...

This entire ordeal, he went on to say, has been a trying one.. one thing my experience with them has shown me is that they don't make a move without directions from their "think tank.

This war on me is strategized. It's been carefully thought out. Most of it is hidden.

It's mostly a psychological war... They just keep drilling you over and over with the same...They study everything about you.. find out who you're close to. Who or what you recognize as the Godhead(s) (or the multitudes of counselors) in your life...if they can use it against you...And it's systemic, as one of their reps defined it in court...It's just been so trying until it's left me completely spent...This has all been dragging on for so long...I just need time to clear my head... to resurge..."

PSYCHOLOGICAL WARFARE, THE HIDDEN WAR!

When Robinson called Segerblom his secretary informed him that he was out of town. He called back on two more occasions and was finally informed that Segerblom's return date was indefinite.

She added how it would be best to wait for Segerblom to contact him when he returned... A wave of negative occurrences followed soon thereafter.

Evidence of rekindling a war against Robinson's business, finances, human resources and his name began to surface, foreshadowing a torrid season in his life and his pursuit...

Robinson recieved a letter drafted by Segerblom's Law Firm changing the original agreement to a demand for half of the offer on the table to settle or any amount that exceeded it. Robinson was incensed...

When Segerblom returned his call sometime later, Robinson confronted him concerning the "letter of demand."...What was it's purpose? What accounted for the change especially considering his adamance for the original agreement?

Against the options Robinson offered repeatedly in the beginning Segerblom would not represent him without payment upfront. Strictly "cash and carry."

Subsequently Robinson was left to pursue justice by performing his own "legal shuffling."

(Robinson was being denied legal representation at the time of his pursuit by shrewd manuevering)

After some discussion Segerblom replied. " I realize the original agreement we had...

My partner is responsible for making that move... He did it unbeknownst to me and without my approval. I was away at the time. He should'nt have done that. I apologize for him having done so. We will stick to our original agreement...You can disregard that letter..."

However once again.....

While Robinson waited for his return court date to be calandered, he was called on to help with a situation involving copyright infringements, missing Masters and unauthorized records sales...surfacing in the European market...

Robinson is the founder and owner of PUPCAN PRODUCTIONS and was formerly signed with CBS RECORDS/ TABU RECORDS.

During his research into the matter of copyright infringements, he discovered that all of his own Masters were missing as well as all of his copyrights...Robinson owns all of his Masters.

He informed Segerblom of his plans to travel to Europe to London England for 2 weeks to look into the problem more extensively..

He immediately began his own investigation into the matter and began working with alliances abroad and with copyright infringement attorney's domestic and abroad...

To lay the groundwork for his pilgramage to London, he set up a website for the artist seeking help and began developing his own. Miraculously, he was successful with recovering Masters and recordings. He then produced a Digitally Remastered Compilation Compact Disc of the artist's recordings under PUPCAN PRODUCTIONS on the...with the artist's consent and cooperation with furnishing information and some previously recorded materials...

."IT COULD'NT HAVE BEEN PRODUCED MORE PERFECTLY!" Was the response from the Brits... Northern Soul Music UK

OFFERS FOLLOWED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY FOR  Sir Jeffrey Robinson INCLUDING ONE FROM...TO PRODUCE SOME OF THE "CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD" FRANK SINATRA'S RECORDINGS FROM HIS MASTERS WHICH INCLUDED SELECTIONS WHICH WERE NEVER PUBLICLY RELEASED...

Then due to unveiling information concerning his own situation and some expressed interest...

Robinson made a "last minute" decision to send copies of some of his own recordings...ahead of him on a compilation disc for the Brits to review...

"Richard, if you need to reach me for any reason at all, my cell phone number will be the same. I only have to change the sim card once I get there. London is on a different system. But it won't affect the number..If you need to reach me for any reason feel free to call me any time. I'll be returning to the United States after 2 weeks. Or you can email if you prefer..." Segerblom replied. We don't have email capability." Why not? Robinson asked. "We just never got set up for it... I just don't care for it that much..." I don't know how you can do that these days. Robinson replied. But if there's any new development or you need to reach me for any reason I'm available 24 hours a day...Don't hesitate...Other than that. I'll see you in 2 weeks...""

Robinson's visit to London proved successful...

With accommodations previously reserved for (two weeks) at a plush Hotel closer to Buckingham Palace ... he arrived with his girlfriend safely at Heathrow Airport...There were previously arranged appointments as well which...After settling in....He accepted an invitation to mingle with some of the parties who were eager to meet ..at the home of one of the Brits who greeted him upon his arrival...

Robinson recalled how he and his girlfriend at the time, were warmly received by guests who regaled them...Unfortunately however he was suffering from a bad cold from overextending himself for prolonged periods, pressure building in his head and blocked sinuses making it more and more difficult to breathe compounded by the more than 17 hours of flight time. All of which resulted in him spending a significant amount of time recuperating in the upstairs guest bedroom away from other guests...

"Their bedside manner could'nt be overstated. My severe cold was rapidly declining into a worser condition and I became increasingly concerned about my not being able to return their hospitality... I could feel my "sea legs" beginning to give way and I did'nt want to be the reason the party lights were going dim...I did'nt want to be a drag...They were so elated about our arrival and the chance to meet. And of course, I was glad to be there...."

Robinson could'nt get pass the thought of being burdensome in any way no matter the gracious host's empathy. They could'nt have displayed more care and concern... Still the thought of his being sick putting a damper on the evening bothered him and he wanted to go get into a more private hide... The truth of the matter is that Robinson's keen awareness of others emotions and needs was causing him to feel a little embarrassed about the possibility of having let anyone down by answering their warm hospitality and.the drum roll with nausea...So, he eventually brought down the curtain...and transitioned back to his room at the hotel in order to reclaim his "sea legs" and try it again.

...morning to being served delicious British tea and breakfast...carted by order ups to his hotel room where he continued to rest and regain his health...Then after the rain slowed and...he began to move 

But the hands on Big Ben seemed to be making their rounds a lot more quickly than he could his own.

In fact, the time for Sir Jeffrey  Robinson to make his connection for his return to America seemed to have arrived too soon but not before an enticing pitch from the Brits for him to stay...

The return flight from London proved to be a difficult one for Robinson..

"It was just a little over 6 hours into the flight when the pressure in my temples returned. It was unbearable. I was running out of room inside of my head.

And with no space remaining for the incoming pressure, it felt as if my ear drums would burst.

There was still almost 11 hours of flight time remaining. I was'nt sure if I could bear it any longer. It was new ground for me. It's difficult to put into words what was happening to me...

Shortly after the wheels of the ...Commercial Airliner touched down on "America's soil" Robinson called Segerblom's law firm for a status report on his law suit. What he heard from...disturbed and enraged him. "You're Case has been dismissed."

What do you mean dismissed? Robinson shot back!

"Well, you went to Europe so the case was dismissed." Dismissed on what grounds Richard I'm not prohibited from leaving this country. I have'nt broken any laws. What does my traveling to Europe have to do with this law suit? I can't be stopped from leaving this country. Why did'nt you call me? I thought we had an understanding for you to contact me if there were any changes at all...Why did'nt you call me Richard? I want that case reopened immediately No if ands or buts about it..." Richard replied. "I'll get started on it right away..."

While Robinson continued to wait for his case to be reinstated..

He kept in close communication...waited for his court date to be calandered...

Richard Tick Segerblom never mentioned restitution to Robinson other than the one time in Las Vegas in Robinson's rented car near the court house after his discussions with Mandalay Bay's reps on the heels of Robinson's testimony in court...

With the exception of the conversation which took place over a phone call after Robinson returned to Seattle, when he confronted Segerblom about the letter he recieved from his law firm demanding half of the offer on the table from Mandalay Bay to settle or any amount that exceeded it...

After that, the climate in America only grew darker more dreary cold and dank as the devils own began to "Occupy the seats" once preserved for the Just who wrestled the "principalities and powers" who'd hoped to find rise through trickery and chicanery to extinguish the candles of God's own.  Attention Nikki Haley: United States Ambassador to the United Nations                                                                                                                                                                                       My situation most assuredly is now, as it has been for an inordinate amount of time, (DIRE)!  The betrayal which has taken place at the highest levels has been the cause for my expressions of large and deep disconcertment, as my repeated cries for remedy have only been met with continued abuses and usurpations that notwithstanding history's forewarning, entwine repeated acts of derision, denial and apostatizing which subsequently plunged this nation into an unavoidable state of uncertainty, "in which no one believes anyone anymore." A seemingly autumnal White female from London England. More details are in the book. I gave her space there because she impressed me so...we met early one weekday morning at... to review 100 or so pages  of my book. She was enthusiastic about having the opportunity to do so & I was happy for having selected her. ''...so you beat them'' she said, as     she paused briefly from reading aloud, then continued reading, interjecting remarks every so often, in her clear & unmistakable proper English accent & tone. ''..So there jealous of you.''   ''...so then, they just want to ruin you...' How did you know how to do this? I just can't believe how much this draws you into it.. it's wonderfully written...''  ''Oh my, look at the time.   Remember I said that I was supposed to be somewhere by now for a prior engagement but I just can't tear myself away. This is what we mean by cause & effect.  A cause- effect relationship  is a relationship in which one event, the (cause)  makes another event happen, the (effect) .                                                                                                           Only a fool would flagrantly transgress a capable protected man's or a Prophet's rights egregiously, aggressively deny him restitution then thumb his nose at the  idea of having to suffer any consequences for having done so.Returning to business as usual & foolishly rejecting the fact that his actions are subject to the same Universal laws of cause& effect, where the repercussions are not restricted to somewhere down the line.  He scoffs at the mention of reprisal by an individual, group, or governing body capable enough to respond.  Even brazenly stating ,  "You & what army?"  But if a person drinks poison, the ill effect/s is set in motion simultaneously.And even though it begins on the interior where it is hidden, & by outward appearance he seems undiminished, without question, he is in peril.  And so it is in this unbeseeming war against the plaintiff in these civil rights suits, where Mandalay Bay casino & North Public health versus Jeffrey Robinson.  Something occurred at the same time as the offense.  And his sustained injuries as well as those inflicted upon the nation's Image & it's foundational principles  resulting from an unresponsive & biased Judicial system, have gained Worldwide interest, prompting the question previously posed of  whether the plaintiff's expectation for this nation to ensure timely remedy/restitution is justified under Constitutional law,to be  raised even higher than at the genesis of the civil debate.  But what does common sense & logic dictate?  Of course the answer is Yes on both counts. It was formed by it's signed Declaration of  Independence, is bound by it's  signed Constitution & robed in it's Proclamation "...of Liberty & Justice for all.''   To turn from it would only mean facing the abyss.  Nevertheless, this nations response thus far has been akin to a man cutting off his feet & drinking poison.  How can (the cause),  disconnecting the plaintiff from the very force which was designated & designed to secure his Rights & using it relentlessly to wage an aggressive campaign  against him, with some of the most vile acts of discrimination, not have the  parallel (effect) of the act aforementioned, or even remotely be perceived as the  appropriate responds to the Plaintiff's Victory in 2 civil suits involving Discrimination?  In short, the system was used to bring about the opposite effect for which it was created.  What is the message this nation is trying to convey by way of this malicious war on the plaintiff in these suits? What is the real reason for your recalcitrance?  What are you hoping to accomplish? Is this (Unanimity), this quiet agreement to exercise abuse of power against the plaintiff simply because of your jealousy towards him & your access to a bank roll large enough to allow you to execute your nefarious plan? What are the hidden charges against him? He has a Constitutional right to know, & to face his accusers.
